How much notice do you require for cake orders?
Fresh Cream Gateau’s – 24hours notice. Order before 12noon for next day delivery or collection.
Iced Birthday and novelty Cakes – 10 days Notice required

How long will a Fresh Cream Gateau last and how should I preserve it?
For optimal taste, your Fresh cream cake should be consumed on the day of purchase. However, it will keep in a refrigerator and must be consumed within 3days of purchase. Your cakes should be removed from the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before eating in order to enjoy their flavour fully.
Do your products contain alcohol?
No, we do not use alcohol in our products.
